The GARRETT DATA MART project is supported by funds awarded to the Garrett County Partnership for Children and Families, Inc. (GCPCF) by the Governor's Office of Children, Youth and Families and the Maryland Children's Trust Fund. STOP Grant funds awarded to the Garrett County Family Violence Coalition (FVC) from the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention were provided under the terms of a 1999 GCPCF/FVC Partnership Agreement. The Garrett Data Mart project is administered  by the Garrett County Partnership for Children and Families, Inc./LMB. The Garrett County Department of Social Services hosts the data mart server and provides technical support.  Mark Moynahan, GCPCF/LMB IT Consultant, furnished project design specifications. Software programming services are contracted through Micro Integration Corporation.
